Clinician Coaching
Starting a private practice, considering a move toward independent work, or wondering what comes next in your professional journey? Clinician coaching offers a supportive space to explore your vision, work through uncertainty, and turn ideas into achievable next steps.
Together, we’ll clarify your goals, identify what may be holding you back, and build a path forward that aligns with your values and vision for your practice. Expect thoughtful conversation, practical guidance, and opportunities to imagine new possibilities while developing the confidence to move forward at your own pace.
Life Transition Coaching
Life transitions can bring a mix of uncertainty, grief, possibility, and the feeling that you're becoming someone new. Whether you're navigating grief and loss, an empty nest, a career change, or another major life shift, coaching offers space to honor where you've been while exploring what comes next.
Through story building, guided visualization, gentle hypnosis when appropriate, and practical steps toward change, we’ll explore what matters most to you now and begin shaping a new chapter that feels meaningful and true to who you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll focus on discovering possibilities and building your next chapter one step at a time.
