Is your service HIPAA compliant?

I operate as a business associate under HIPAA. A Business Associate Agreement is signed before I access any patient information, and I follow administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protecting it. Your practice remains the covered entity responsible for its overall HIPAA compliance. As a licensed social worker in the State of Pennsylvania, I am required to retrain in HIPAA for healthcare practices every 2 years. 

 

Do you provide clinical advice or crisis support?

No. My services are limited to administrative and coordination support. I do not provide clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis response. Emergency situations should be directed to 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Given my professional background, I can recognize potential safety concerns, conduct a limited risk screening when appropriate, and promptly contact you to facilitate further assessment or intervention. If an immediate emergency is identified, I may contact 911 on the patient’s behalf.

Which systems do you work with?

I work within the systems you already use, such as SimplePractice, Valant, TherapyNotes, Jane, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc. Not sure? Ask, and I’ll let you know.

 

How do payment and contracts work?

Invoices are generated and emailed to you. Payments are due within 5 business days of receipt. Retainer agreements run on a simple term with a 30-day exit option. Payment forms accepted: ACH/bank transfer, Zelle or major credit card. Payment can be made directly from your invoice.

 

What hours are you available?

I’m available Monday through Friday and open to various US time zones. I respond patient priority calls/emails within 1 hour and for non-urgent requests within one business day (sooner on higher plans).

 

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Additional hours are available with your prior approval, or we can move you to the next plan.

 

Can you work with my billing company or existing staff?

Yes. I can slot in alongside your current team and tools.
